For palletized shipments, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, and the buyer is responsible for any freight charges associated with the refund.

Shipping

3. Machine down? Need something fast. We can get you that part fast to pretty much anywhere in the world. Give us a call if you need something shipped UPS Overnight Express. Our daily shipping cut-off is 3:00PM Eastern Time.

4. We ship all our parcels through UPS. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

5. If the item is to be shipped freight, please contact us for a shipping quote, or you may arrange your own pickup. We will palletize, strap and shrink wrap your freight item. Be sure to send us ALL necessary documentation to expedite your shipment.
